I create and lead retreats and community gatherings for individuals and small groups who are seeking restoration, clarity, and meaningful connection.Each gathering is intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clearing, and a deeper reconnection with self—while honoring the unique energy and needs of the group. These are not one-size-fits-all experiences, but carefully curated environments where people feel safe to slow down, reflect, and reset.My retreats blend grounded healing practices with thoughtful facilitation, creating space for both personal insight and shared community experience.

Over the years, I have guided:

  • Multi-day retreats focused on rest, renewal, and emotional and spiritual healing

  • Small-group immersive experiences centered on meditation and energy work

  • Community gatherings designed to foster connection, presence, and collective grounding

Each retreat is built with intention; from the pacing of the day, to the flow of practices, to the energetic containment of the group itself. Participants are supported gently, without pressure, and always with respect for personal boundaries and individual readiness.

My role is not to “lead from the front,” but to hold the container—so participants can meet themselves where they are.

An Intentional, Grounded Approach to Retreat Design

My approach to retreats is rooted in three core principles:

Safety & Presence

Each retreat is held with care, clear intention, and respect for personal boundaries. Participants are supported emotionally and energetically, without pressure or expectation.

Integration over Intensity

Experiences are paced thoughtfully, with space for rest, reflection, and grounding. The focus remains on sustainable shifts that can be carried into daily life.

Connection without performance

Community is allowed to form naturally through shared presence and quiet connection. There is no requirement to share, speak, or perform in any way.

Practices & Approach 

Practices may include meditation, guided reflection, group energy and healing sessions, ceremonies, heART projects, movement, and intentional time for rest and integration. Each retreat is carefully and mindfully created to maximize attendee experience.

Community Gatherings &
Group Energy Healing Sessions

In addition to retreats, I regularly facilitate community gatherings and group healing sessions. These gatherings offer a gentler entry point for those curious about meditation, energetic healing, or shared reflective space. Community gatherings are designed to be:
•    Accessible and welcoming
•    Calm and grounding
•    Supportive without expectation

They often serve as a bridge, helping people reconnect with themselves while experiencing the quiet strength of collective presence.

I continue to design and host retreats and community gatherings throughout the year, responding to season, setting, and the evolving needs of those who attend. Some retreats are publicly offered, while others are created for private groups or in collaboration with aligned practitioners and spaces.
